We are recruiting for an Integration Associate (M&A) to support the UK&I Integration Manager in driving the execution of complex integration projects as required. You will work with various departments and act as a contact for key operational stakeholders to ensure seamless on-boarding of new businesses and execution of integration plans.
Overview of duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and drive the delivery of integration projects plans and timelines
- Coordinate and support in-house functional teams, including Finance, IT, HR, Compliance and Marketing, to deliver project workstream activities
- Manage integration project activities, including tracking progress, highlighting interdependencies, resolving issues, and ensuring that activities are completed on time and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on integration goals, timelines, progress, changes, and deliverables
- Act as a point of contact for integration-related queries and issues
- Support the integration of systems, tools, and processes across functional teams and departments to create a unified operating model

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal customer relationships and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education / and or Experience:
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in project management, business transformation, or large-scale change management
- Experience in M&A, post-close integration, or related management consulting work is highly desirable
