We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler on a 12 month FTC, to work on the handling of general personal lines with focus on household insurance.
Overview of duties
- Maintain a professional image of self and the Group to all customers and insurers
- Identify and understand the customers needs and business
- Build relationships with customers and provide an ongoing service
- Complete and offer all renewals within the FCA guidelines
- Complete and process all new business and transfer new business within the FCA guidelines
- Completion of tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure that all compliance responsibilities are recorded and reported as required
- Build own technical knowledge to achieve/maintain competence and maintain own training records

- Planning and Organisational skills
- Negotiation skills
- FCA Compliant Process
Education / and or Experience
- General insurance experience
- Household insurance experience is preferred
- Customer service skills
Key information:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 Hours
Location: Hemel Hempstead
