About the Role
We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote role allowing flexibility to work from home.
Overview Of Duties
- To develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers and to target new customers from the marketplace by the effective marketing of current prospects.
- Establish and manage with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies' procedures/aims to maximise renewal success.
- Responsibility to ensure that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.
- To liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standards.

- High level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in dealing with commercial business insurances programs.
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market.
- Proven track record of retention and integrated sales.
- Passion for customer services and professionalism.
- Proactive and able to prioritise and effectively manage own workload.
Education and/or Experience
- At least 5 years commercial insurance experience.
- Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business.
- Driving license.
