About The Role
We are recruiting an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers and retain existing ones by providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and target new prospects through effective marketing.
- Establish and manage renewal strategies with each customer to maximize renewal success.
- Ensure customers are correctly insured for all exposures and receive proper advice.
- Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation and maintain service standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High-level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with commercial business insurance programs.
- Knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market.
- Proven track record of retention and integrated sales.
- Passion for customer service and professionalism.
- Proactive, able to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Education and Experience
- At least 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business.
- Driving license required.
