Your new role
As a Strategic Partnership Manager (all genders), you will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new enterprise opportunities for NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions.
You will strengthen existing strategic partnerships while identifying and developing new opportunities across the UK market.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a collaborative, international environment.
- The work you'll do
- Strengthen and expand strategic partnerships to drive sustainable business growth.
- Identify, develop, and grow new strategic partnerships and enterprise customer relationships across the UK market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract signing.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Present NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions with a consultative, customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed agreed business targets while contributing to team success.
- The qualifications you need
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts.
- Experience with Saa S or other recurring revenue business models.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners such as telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, or technology partners.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- A self-driven, structured approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in AI, cloud communication technologies, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
