Description

NFI VT's Wraparound program in Brattleboro is seeking a full-time Therapeutic Case Manager to join our amazing team of mental health professionals and our positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities include working in the community and homes with children, adolescents, and families towards their mental health goals. Ideal candidates work well both autonomously and collaboratively on treatment teams; have a bachelor’s degree in mental health, social work, or a related field; have related work experience; and a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
