NFI Vermont's Allenbrook Program is looking for a full-time residential counselor. Allenbrook is a co‑ed group home located in South Burlington that provides community‑based treatment for adolescents. Residential counselors provide day‑to‑day support in the home and community. This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation, participating in recreational activities, and helping to manage a family‑like household. The home features an in‑ground pool, a basketball court, and a large garden onsite.
Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, roughly 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Experience in residential care or with parenting teenagers is desired but not required.
This position is fully benefited, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
