NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Health Coordinator for our 8‑bed THS Manchester position. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a reputation for providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case‑management, vocational, educational and peer‑support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to participants.
- Oversee medication administration while on shift.
- Complete medical documentation and manage external provider visits and programmatic medical supplies.
- Coordinate with an NFI registered nurse to provide medication administration oversight as needed.
Qualifications:
- Medication trained and certified for at least two years, including having 2 or more years of experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting.
