Mental Health Worker - Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our clients with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for dynamic mental health workers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis
  • Provide supervision and support to adolescents during both awake and sleeping hours
  • Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field

Starting Pay: $20.50-$23.00 per hour, $2 shift differential nights and weekends
