NFI Vermont is seeking a Mental Health Worker to join the Hospital Diversion Program.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis, provide supervision during awake and sleeping hours, and help create a safe community alternative for inpatient youth.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with youth and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
