We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Carers to support individuals in their own homes across St Helens, Widnes, Warrington, and Runcorn. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing within the local community.

Driving Information

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to travel between clients. However, non-drivers will also be considered, particularly for applicants located close to client rounds or able to access shifts via public transport. We welcome applications from both drivers and non-drivers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting with medication (after training)
  • Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
  • Supporting with meals and hydration
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Completing accurate care documentation
  • Following safeguarding and infection control procedures

Shift Patterns

  • Flexible rotas available including:
  • Morning shifts
  • Afternoon shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Alternate weekends required
  • Bank shifts available (Shifts typically between 7am – 10pm)

What We’re Looking For

  • Caring, patient, and professional attitude
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the community
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required, and we will cover the full cost of your DBS application.
