Your Role as a Change-Maker

As our Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Inspire Excellence: Lead a high-performing team of Educators to deliver our bespoke N Pedagogy.
  • Drive Innovation: Use your expertise to ensure the nursery is "Outstandingly Outstanding."
  • Build Community: Create lasting partnerships with our families and local community partners.
  • Master Operations: Seamlessly manage budgets, compliance and safeguarding (DSL).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Nursery Manager (experience with large or multi‑sites is a huge plus).
  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
  • Mindset: A "people person" who excels at hiring, retaining and coaching top talent.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, commercial awareness and safeguarding.
