Role
As a Room Manager at N Family, you’ll lead an incredible team of Educators in one of our nursery family rooms.
You’ll be a specialist in early years education, driving passionate, innovative teaching.
You’ll inspire your colleagues to reach their goals and ensure every child receives excellent care.

Responsibilities

- Lead our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Be a role model for outstanding care and education, inspiring your team daily.
- Champion continuous improvement, keeping practice fresh and creative, and strive for outstanding results.
- Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from meals to nap times to play.
- Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
- Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and involve them in their children’s learning.
- Embed and role-model safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (e. g., Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
- For Baby Room Managers, experience with children under 2.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team.
- Background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant.
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update regularly.
- Genuine passion for education and changing children\'s lives.
- Positive, glass-half-full outlook; motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to support and achieve goals.
