Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through our play‐based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development‐focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
- Up‐to‐date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can‐do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service
