N Family Club is seeking a founding Nursery Manager to launch N Epsom, a state-of-the-art 127-place nursery in Epsom, Surrey.
You’ll recruit, onboard and lead Educators, drive opening activities, and establish the N Pedagogy to deliver a modern, high-quality education for families from Day 1.
The role offers a generous package: £55,000–£65,354 base, plus 25% annual bonus, £2,000 welcome bonus, and access to our N Partnership.
