As a Room Manager at N Family, you will lead a team of educators in one of our nursery rooms, driving the learning-through-play ethos and N Curriculum, ensuring a safe, inclusive and high‑quality learning environment for all children.

Key Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse or early years educator).
- For Baby Room Managers, prior experience with children under 2.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team.
- A background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training, with willingness to update it regularly.
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
- A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
