As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver our “learning through play” ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
  • Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
