Your key responsibilities:
- Work with the nursery team to keep everything sparkling clean and running smoothly.
- Help make the nursery feel warm and welcoming for children, parents, and visitors.
- Keep bathrooms and changing areas spotless.
- Spot any broken or faulty equipment and let management know so we can fix it fast.
- Stay on top of laundry and make sure we’re always stocked with the right cleaning supplies.
- Water the plants and keep the nursery feeling fresh and bright.
- Use the right products for a nursery environment, following COSHH guidelines to keep everyone safe.
- Welcome deliveries and make sure everything is kept in the right place.
- Be our hygiene hero – keeping our nursery safe, clean, and shining every day.
Our Housekeepers should have:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
- Knowledge of COSHH guidelines and an understanding of Health & Safety practices.
- A caring and passionate personality, with a genuine love for working with children and families.
- Experience of working with hazardous materials and know how to use them safely.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
