Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support the daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes and playtimes.
- Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Maintain clean and tidy areas throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
