As an Apprentice Educator at our Kingston nursery, you will gain hands‑on experience while working towards an apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). You will rotate through nursery rooms, providing safe and inspirational care to every child. Upon completing your apprenticeship, you will move into a qualified educator role.
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
