- Salary: £27,227 – £30,285 per year
Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum.
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
- Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
- Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment.
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
- Genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.
- Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Ideal start date: 29th September 2026. If you wish to start sooner, accommodation may be possible in local nurseries pending N Aylesbury opening.
