Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings:
- Add new products to the website with clear descriptions and accurate imagery
- Conduct competitor research and ensure pricing is competitive
- Monitor and update product availability
- Admin Tasks:
- Respond to customer queries via email/social media
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and transactions
- Support day-to-day business admin operations
- Social Media Management:
- Regularly update Instagram and TikTok with engaging content
- Help grow our online presence through creative campaigns
- Interact with followers, respond to messages, and manage comments
- Stock Control:
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory
- Help with ordering and managing suppliers if required
- Order Fulfilment:
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
- Ensure packaging is professional and on-brand
Ideal Candidate:
- Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop, Instagram, TikTok, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in online retail, admin & social media is required.
