We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily projects in Belfast.
Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08:00-16:30 and Friday from 08:00-15:30.
Responsibilities and duties
- To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
- To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department
- Responding to emails.
- Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
- To take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
- To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
- To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
- General Administration duties.
- Ordering supplies and gift baskets as needed
- Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
Requirements
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- English fluency, French an advantage
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
