Duties
- Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
- Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
- Encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
