Residential Nights Care Assistant – Bracken House, Burntwood

Nexxus Care is looking for compassionate, motivated people to join our friendly team at Bracken House, a 34-bedded residential facility. About You

What you’ll be doing – as a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:

  • Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.

  • Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
