Your base office will be CANNOCK (WS11 0EJ)</b></p> <p>At <b>Nexxus care</b> our Reablement Senior Support workers are supporting service users to regain their independence and learn new skills.
Our team of senior support workers will be working alongside our occupational therapist team to help prevent hospital admissions and support clients to stay at home as long as possible.</p> <p>The role of a senior support worker requires flexibility to travel within the community in the east and south of Staffordshire.
You will be meeting with new and existing service users to help deliver a person centred plan, liaise with heath care professionals and support a dedicated support work team deliver the best results.</p> <h2>About You</h2> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join the Reablement Service with Nexxus Care, a local authority owned care provider within Staffordshire.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the role, you must be a driver with full access to your own vehicle.
A minimum of 1 year experience within this role is essential - we will provide training and support you need to fulfil your role.</p> <p><b>Nexxus Care</b> are recruiting a full time Senior Support Worker (37.5hrs) with shifts between 9am and 5pm with flexibility to support within the service times of 7am - 10pm when required.
This role will include weekend and bank holiday working.
