About You

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person‑centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:

• Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
• Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
• Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
• Joining activities and encouraging residents, creating moments of joy and connection.
