About You

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person‑centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents.

Duties

  • Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
  • Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
  • Encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.

Qualifications

  • A warm, caring and patient nature.
  • A genuine interest in supporting people to live well.
  • Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • No previous experience needed – just the right attitude.
