Residential Nights Care Assistant – Bracken House, Burntwood. Nexxus Care is looking for compassionate, motivated people to join our friendly team at Bracken House, a 34‑bedded residential facility. Whether you’re starting your career in care or looking for a new challenge, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day. No experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role. This is a fixed‑term contract for 12 months.

About You
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.
- Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
- Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
