Nexxus Care is looking for compassionate, motivated people to join our friendly team at Meadowyrthe, a 41-bedded dementia-based residential home. Whether you're starting your career in care or looking for a new challenge, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day. No experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role.
We have part-time contracts available (21 hours), shifts: 7am–2:30pm / 2:30pm–10pm, including alternate weekends.

About You
What you’ll be doing - As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:
- Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.
- Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
- Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
