Are you caring, compassionate and wanting to make a real difference to the lives of others? Our extra care village supports long term packages of care to residents in one building. Each service user lives within their own self-contained apartment, with their own front door. Our support workers are on site to provide personal care and support services. The role will include support with:
- Personal care - washing, showering and toileting
- Medication administration
- Food preparation
- Domestic help including laundry and general cleaning
- Answering emergency call bells
- Greeting visitors to the scheme and answering telephone calls as required
About You
Our support workers are required to work 10pm and 7pm on a rota basis. Candidates must be able to commute to Mill Rise Extra Care Scheme, Newcastle under Lyme for shift patterns as above.
