Full time and Part Time £12.90ph BLOCK PAY - paid for the full shift plus mileage allowance. At Nexxus Care, our reablement support workers are supporting clients to remain in their own home for as long as possible by regaining their independence and introducing new skills. The role of our support worker is to prevent hospital discharges by working with the occupational therapist team and senior support workers.

The role of a Support Worker requires flexibility to travel within the community in the Staffordshire area. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role. Shift patterns are between 7am and 10pm, typically 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm, and you are required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
