About You

What you’ll be doing - As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
  • Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.
  • Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
  • Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
