About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Demand Partnership Operations Director to lead Supply Path Optimization (SPO) and Demand Path Optimization (DPO) within Nexxen’s programmatic stack. You’ll work closely with the VP Demand Partnerships and cross‑functional teams to ensure our infrastructure—from partner integrations to OpenRTB standards is optimized, compliant, and future‑ready.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive yield strategy, auction optimization, and path efficiency across SSPs and DSPs.
- Maintain compliance, transparency, and best practices across the supply chain.
- Perform daily health checks, proactively identify systemic challenges, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to swiftly implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Data, Product, Sales, and Tech teams to align on revenue goals and performance improvements.
- Build and manage relationships with technical operations at DSP and ad tech vendor level.
- Analyze performance data, forecast revenue, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Independently resolve advanced DSP‑related tickets in JIRA, document effective solutions, and develop best‑practice guidelines.
- Lead comprehensive performance analysis for DSP accounts, proactively recommending and implementing strategic configuration adjustments to enhance KPIs.
- Coordinate quarterly health checks, guaranteeing precise data analysis and insightful reporting for client review sessions.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on product features and manage related technical escalations.
- Generate detailed performance reports and conduct ad‑hoc analyses, providing insightful recommendations to support strategic decision‑making internally and externally.
- Support innovation through new technologies and identity solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3‑5 years in programmatic advertising (SSP/DSP experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, SPO/DPO, and programmatic infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (SQL a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
