We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales to lead our Agency and Client Sales team, focusing on revenue from Self-Serve & Managed Service DSP, Managed Service (IO), and PMP/PG in the EMEA region.

Daily Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a growing sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Driving the sales process, leveraging networks, targeting prospects, and closing deals.
  • Representing Nexxen in the marketplace as a brand ambassador.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to align strategies and expectations.
  • Participating in strategic client meetings with sales executives and leaders.
  • Communicating goals clearly and ensuring sales targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in media sales and successful team leadership.
  • 6+ years in a sales leadership role within Adtech, managing team strategies and growth.
  • Extensive network within ad communities, especially with DSP and SSP decision-makers.
  • Experience with DSP or SSP technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills across listening, verbal, written, and presentation domains.
  • Passionate, driven, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the CTV and digital video marketplace.
  • Ability to work hybrid (minimum 3 days/week) in London.
