The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth by developing compelling sales proposals, managing RFI/RFP responses, and transforming data-driven insights into actionable marketing content. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, creative and analytics—translating product capabilities and performance data into persuasive narratives that win new business.
The ideal candidate is a strategic individual contributor with deep experience in sales enablement, digital media activation, content creation, and sales processes. You will have a proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that support both short-term and long-term sales goals as well as interfacing with senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI process—partnering with sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering to craft tailored, high-quality responses that clearly articulate differentiation for high value opportunities.
- Ensure that proposal responses reflect Nexxen's value proposition, capabilities, and differentiation, helping the sales team secure new business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, marketing, creative, and research teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on RFP content.
- Oversee a standardized process and template for EMEA RFP responses to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all submissions.
- Own and maintain the EMEA RFP response library, ensuring consistent voice, updated messaging, and the latest product capabilities.
- Track RFP performance metrics (win rate, response time, stakeholder feedback) to continuously refine processes and materials.
- Translate complex ad tech offerings into clear, persuasive narratives aligned with client priorities and industry trends.
- Create sales insights decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks that support proactive selling and competitive positioning around key moments, holidays and tentpole events.
- Translate data findings into compelling insights, visualizations, and narratives that arm sales teams with persuasive talking points.
- Design and refine compelling pitch decks, wrap reports, and business review presentations that resonate with clients, driving engagement and influencing buying decisions for existing customers.
- Analyze pitch effectiveness, gather feedback from the sales team, and continuously iterate on presentation materials to enhance impact.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in new business development, sales enablement, sales operations, client services, product marketing or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or ad tech industries is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement tools (e.g., Yesware), and proposal management software.
- Experience in creating and managing RFPs, with a focus on creating compelling proposals that win new business.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for both internal and external audiences. PowerPoint design skills a plus.
- Strong data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
