  • A strong track record of owning large‑scale activations such as the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and translate brand engagement into revenue opportunities.
  • Experience securing and managing speaking opportunities and thought leadership placements at key industry events.

  • Proven penchant for cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, creative, sales, finance and legal teams.
  • Agility, adaptability and problem‑solving mentality in adjusting to changing priorities, proactively identifying risks to project plans and devising solutions to mitigate these risks.

  • Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and the remaining 2 remote.
  • Summer Fridays – leave at 3pm to start your weekend early in Summer.
  • Your health is important to us – we offer private healthcare for you and your family.
