Role Overview: Creative Solutions Manager

Nexxen is seeking a Creative Solutions Manager to lead the creative development lifecycle from inception to delivery. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring timely and scope-compliant delivery of ad creatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and resolving challenges.

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Manage creative production for your assigned accounts, including coordinating with our London-based Creative Insights team.
  2. Own the full campaign lifecycle, from consultation to final delivery.
  3. Serve as the main client contact, managing expectations and building relationships.
  4. Coordinate with designers, developers, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
  5. Identify potential roadblocks and collaboratively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  6. Collaborate across departments to solve client needs.
  7. Lead side projects to develop expertise impacting the team.
  8. Develop skills in strategic decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  9. Partner with commercial teams to upsell creative solutions and advocate for market opportunities.
  10. Potentially manage at least one direct report after one year, based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in media production, communications, digital production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years managing creative production or project management.
  • Basic presentation skills, internal and external/client-facing.
  • Team collaboration skills within studio and cross-departmental groups.
  • Interest in video, interactive advertising, UI/UX, and digital trends.
  • Willingness to learn emergent technologies and design principles.
  • Strong production management and communication skills.
  • Good visual sense, ability to drive requirements, art direction, and collaborate.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of media file types (png, jpg, psd, ai, mp4, mov, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and AfterEffects; knowledge of interactive/motion design is a plus.
  • Experience with developing VAST/VPAID video ad units is a plus.
