Nexwave Recruitment are currently hiring Multi-Skilled Engineers with a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to join a leading name in the heavy engineering sector. We’re looking for candidates with experience in installation or maintenance roles who are confident working on a variety of industrial systems and machinery. Key Responsibilities: Working on hydraulic systems General welding and fabrication Bench fitting Basic electrical fault finding and fuse checking Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Supporting installation, maintenance, and breakdown activities Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in heavy engineering environments A multi-skilled background (mechanical and basic electrical) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven experience with fault finding and hands-on repairs Working Hours (2-Shift Pattern): Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 (Mon–Fri) – £16.09/hour Week 2: 14:00 – 00:00 – £16.09/hour + Time & Half Annual Salary Equivalent: £36,504 Holiday Allowance: 33 Days Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Mechanical Maintenance or any other relevant qualifcation.
