Engagement: Inspire members of the public to make a lasting difference and become long-term supporters.
Immediate Opportunities: We are currently offering weekly face-to-face interviews with immediate starts for the right candidates. Advance through our Team Leader levels with opportunities for career growth.
Hours: 40 hours a week.
Competitive Pay: Earn a guaranteed £13.45 per hour.
Uncapped Bonuses: On-target earnings of £25,000-£40,000 per year by meeting basic performance expectations.
Driver Incentives: If you drive, we pay related travel.
Training Provided: Experience in sales or face to face fundraising is preferable however full training is provided. Sales or public-facing roles are beneficial but not essential.
Language Skills: Fluent English is a must; English doesnt have to be your first language. This role requires a DBS check. If you do not currently hold a valid DBS certificate, you will be required to apply for one following an offer of employment.
