As a Sales Expert Account Management, you will take care of our existing enterprise clients, support them in getting the most from software and cloud solutions, and strengthen SoftwareOne’s position in the market. At SoftwareOne, you will join a collaborative, growth-oriented team where your ideas matter. You will work with top clients, shape their digital transformation journey, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
What you will do:
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts and drive long-term value.
- Understand client needs and align them with the right technology and licensing solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, guide customers through renewals, and deliver clear presentations or workshops.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery, operations, and vendor teams to ensure great customer experiences.
- Stay informed about Microsoft and other major vendors’ portfolios, industry trends, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently achieve your sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise sales, ideally in software, cloud, or IT services.
- Proven ability to manage accounts and build relationships at all levels, including C-level.
- A consultative mindset – you listen, understand, and propose smart, value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, international setting.
