We are seeking a cross functional SEO and CRO Lead to manage the continuous development of our websites, primarily focusing on user journey and experience, towards creating SEO-rich content. Key deliverable will be to drive SEO and CRO optimisation, using analytics and reports to continually revise user experience and enhance performance.

In addition, you will assist with creating and implementing campaigns, and social media channels, using reporting tools to analyse and present performance, and inform future planning.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Web UI / UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
    • Set up CRO tool e.g. Optimizely and Heatmap / Web Analytics tool e.g. Hot Jar / Content Square
    • End-to-end delivery of conversation rate optimisation test programme, designed to improve session-to-purchase CVR and session-to-lead CVR on our website.
    • Test ideation and set up in platform
    • Monitoring of test
    • Post test analysis and reporting
    • Run max. 2x A/B tests per month investigating specific variables to drive conversion rate (purchase or leads).
    • Cross team collaboration with marketing and technology to identify key variables to test – e.g., design focused (dark vs. light mode), content focused (using networking proposition vs. talent line up proposition to drive CVR)
    • Manage third party web design agency responsible for ensuring delivery of actionable insights and strategic recommendations, towards deployment and development roadmap in line with test results etc.
    • Proficient use and understanding of Google Analytics 4
  • Search Engine Optimisation
    • Knowledge and use of SEO tools including SEM Rush, Google Search Console.
    • Monthly reporting on SEO KPIs, including creation of monthly dashboard and reports overview.
    • Domain Authority and backlinking.
    • Technical SEO KPIs including page load, crawl errors, 404 rate and error redirects.
    • Keyword rankings and movement in rankings on monthly basis.
    • Organic Traffic performance from session to revenue.
    • Inform UI/UX design to help optimise SEO performance.
    • Develop, monitor and refine meta description framework across the website using CMS (Contentful).
    • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement changes
  • General
    • Support analytics requirements by reading and interpreting data, and utilise this to drive future content and campaigns
    • Support the definition for reporting and preparing regular updates on website and campaign performance and key metrics, helping to refine strategies based on findings.
    • Wireframe design experience to support best in class user experience
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines related to website and content design and creation, safeguarding the company's reputation and intellectual property.

Required

  • 3-5 years experience in SEO, CRO and web performance roles
  • Proven experience running A/B tests (Design and execution)
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Search Console, GTM (Tag Manager)
  • Familiarity with CMS tools i.e. Contentful
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs or SEMRush
  • Use of Figma as wireframe design tool

This is a hybrid position based in the City of London. The position is a 6 month FTC role. The salary for this role will be circa £30K - £35K. Do send your CV to us in Word format along with your salary and availability.
