My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years and have several offices within the Coventry area. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will required someone with Lettings Property Management experience.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.
