Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer – Birmingham – up to £30k basic plus commission

My client is a leading, modern and well respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings and Sales Negotiator with outstanding deal creation and lead generation skills.

Main Duties:

• Getting deals done!
• Developing new business and new instructions
• Creating standout property listings
• Conducting property viewings
• Building strong lasting relationships
• Following up with applicants after viewings
• Regularly updating landlords on lettings progress
• Advising landlords on rental pricing and property presentation
• Video production and social media posting
• Lead generation
• Matching applicants with their perfect properties
• Providing personable, yet professional service
• Communicating, excellently
• Outstanding organisation and diary management
• Smashing targets!

Experience in Lettings and Sales is ESSENTIAL for this role

Working hours – 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday (Saturdays for viewings by appointment only)
