My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business. They are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor / Negotiator to join their team in Ledbury.
Main Duties:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Booking Viewings for Sales and Lettings
- Carrying out viewings when required
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agent experience
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 12pm.
