Ascendion is looking to hire a Business Analyst with expertise in Business Banking and mobile banking platforms, ideally within the UK financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use Cases, and Mobile App User Stories.
- Business Banking Domain Expertise: Bring deep understanding of UK-specific business banking operations including onboarding, KYC/AML, CHAPS/BACS/Faster Payments, business loan servicing, and integration with accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Sage).
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all features meet UK regulatory requirements such as FCA guidelines, PSD2, GDPR, and applicable anti-fraud and data protection standards.
- Exposure to native mobile application development cycles (iOS and Android), either directly or in collaboration with mobile teams.
- Ensure adherence to UK-specific financial regulations such as FCA, PSD2, Open Banking, APP Scam Codes, and GDPR, especially where customer data and transactional services are involved.
