Job Title: On-site Recruitment Consultant \\nLocation: Wellingborough \\nPay rate: £13.24 to £14.24 per hour\\nWorking Hours: Sunday to Wednesday (12:00 – 22:00)\\nExperience: Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment – essential\\n\\nNexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Wellingborough.\\n  \\nYou must have previous experience as an On-site Consultant working in the Temporary Recruitment sector, and have previous experience within High Volume Hiring. \\n\\nWorking as an On-site Recruitment Consultant:\\n\\n – Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding \\n – Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates \\n – Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy \\n – Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity\\n – Providing supply reports when required/requested\\n\\nThe suitable candidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all at once. \\n\\nThe Working Hours of an On-site Consultant:\\n\\n – Working Sunday to Wednesday\\n\\n – 12:00 – 22:00\\n\\nWe are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.  \\n\\nWhat are we looking for in an On-site Consultant? \\nTo really fit in with our larger team, not just On-site, but across the Nexus People network as a whole, we are looking for someone who: \\n\\n – Is proactive and efficient \\n – Is positive and helpful \\n – Can prioritize large workloads accordingly \\n – Is able to seek advice when unsure & are not afraid to ask for help when needed \\n – Is committed to their own personal & professional development \\n – Possess the ability to work under pressure\\n – Is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into all aspects of recruitment \\n\\nYou will have excellent communication skills and your IT and Computer knowledge will be good too.
