Previous experience using Microsoft platforms is necessary.

Hours: Full time hours - various shifts available
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the different functions of the business as and when required
- Sales order processing - SAGE, 50cloud, Accounts Professional
- Working with various interfaces
- Marketplace – listing items, dealing with payments, dealing with customer complaints & questions
- Quotations
- Raising despatch notes and carrier labels
This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
About you:

- This role would suit someone who has some experience working in an admin role, in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, and windows-based systems as well as others)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Great organisational and administrative skills
- Numeracy and accuracy skills required to support the accounts function, specifically relating to invoicing
- Good telephone manner and approachable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
