The Role
This is a very unique time to be selling to enterprises.
As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups.
We’re looking for a commercial leader who understands how large organizations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world.
This hire will play a key role in building our GTM playbook in the UK, building a team and scaling in other markets.
Location
- 5 days a week in office (Liverpool street, London, UK)
- What You’ll Do
- Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
- Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions.
- Lead full‑cycle B2B deals with risk, compliance, legal and innovation teams.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating AI and regulatory use cases into clear business value.
- What We’re Looking For
- 5‑10 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (Consulting, Saa S, founder sales).
- Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change.
- Proven track record of closing deals and nurturing long‑cycle relationships.
- Experience engaging with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders is a bonus.
- High hunger, resilience and ownership. Motivated to build and scale something from the ground up.
