We require a HLTA for a Year 4 class in a primary school near Solihull. This is a full time, long term post on an ongoing basis from January 2026.

  • Confident, capable practitioner able to lead whole-class teaching when required
  • Strong experience supporting pupils across KS2, ideally with some SEND exposure
  • Nurturing, calm and emotionally intelligent
  • Highly organised with the ability to run small group interventions independently
  • Positive role model with excellent communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning

School Hours: 8.15am start – end of day
