We require a HLTA for a Year 4 class in a primary school near Solihull. This is a full time, long term post on an ongoing basis from January 2026.
- Confident, capable practitioner able to lead whole-class teaching when required
- Strong experience supporting pupils across KS2, ideally with some SEND exposure
- Nurturing, calm and emotionally intelligent
- Highly organised with the ability to run small group interventions independently
- Positive role model with excellent communication skills
- High energy, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships quickly
- Flexible, reliable, and able to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning
School Hours: 8.15am start – end of day
