We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Technical Artist with specialties in real time rendering. You will be supporting our MR projects which aim to push the limit of whats visually possible in immersive virtual experiences. You will be comfortable working with common nodal interfaces or shader code to develop performant scalable solutions to meet the creative goals of the project. Strong skills in material and lighting set up or character animation are welcome as well as skills at communicating with artists on the appropriate workflows to achieve the desired results. You will be Helping the Art Directors define the look and feel of real time rendered projects Design and propose solutions to meet creative challenges that are also performant and scale well Produce efficient shaders that respond to light and camera in a way that achieves the creative vision of the projects Coordinate with the technical team to integrate materials and lighting in Unity highly proficient in Unity3D and programming for 3D DCCs like Maya Max Houdini Optimisation techniques for real time rendering on low end hardware Animation programming (interpolation motion constraints deformation) OR Shader development in HLSL/GLSL ShaderGraph Unreal Material Editor comfortable with one or more of Workflows in traditional 3d DCC Applications (Maya/3dsMax/Houdini/Blender) Procedural texture authoring tools like Substance Designer Quixel Suite Texture painting applications like Substance Painter Sculpting and painting applications such as ZBrush Mudbox Traditional 2D authoring applications such as Photoshop. bonus skills Mobile VR (ie Quest or Apple Vision Pro) and AR experience Unity visual scripting Xcode development Swift UI Reality Composer 3D modelling and asset development at scale Asset pipeline tooling and development C# and/or C and/or python With a passion for experimenting with the latest technology and a portfolio of exciting visually complex and inspirational work.
